About the

About the Mace

glish luxury brand, Thomas Lyte, has designed the mace. The global nature of Test cricket and the competing national teams have inspired the theme of the mace which has a cricket ball as its focal point. A globe encircles the ball to reference the global reach of cricket. The oceans of the map are transparent allowing one a glimpse of the silver gilt cricket ball within the globe. A central belt surrounding the globe carries the insignia of the 12 competing Test nations. The designers have allowed space on the belt to add other nations in the future.
