ODI

Good performance in his domestic career and the absence of many key players on the tour to Bangladesh meant Kjorn Ottley got his chance to represent the West Indies’ ODI team at the international level in 2021. The opportunity came 11 years after his first-class debut back in 2010. He has admitted that he was surprised to get a national call-up but emphasised that his dream of playing for the West Indies finally came true.

On 22 January 2021, he made his ODI debut against Bangladesh at the age of 31. On his debut, he scored just a single run, opening the batting with Sunil Ambris. In his second match, he scored 24 runs. Kjorn Ottley has played just 2 ODIs matches so far and has scored 25 runs. He is yet to be a part of a winning Windies team as they lost both of these ODIs to Bangladesh.

T20I

Kjorn Yohance Ottley is yet to represent the West Indies in T20Is.
