T20 Franchise and Domestic Career

Fletcher played in the 2006 U-19 World Cup held in Sri Lanka. He represented the Stanford Superstars in the Stanford Super Series. Against Middlesex, he made 90 in just 60 deliveries after opening the batting with Chris Gayle. His knock included 7 sixes and 3 fours.

In the $20-million game against England, Fletcher cracked an unbeaten 32 to earn a cool $1 million for himself. He gets run out often due to the lack of awareness about his surroundings on the pitch.

In October 2018, the Sylhet Sixers picked Fletcher for the 2018-19 BPL (Bangladesh Premier League). The Brampton Wolves selected him in June 2019 for the 2019 edition of the Global T20 Canada tourney. The St. Lucia Zouks chose him for the 2020 CPL (Caribbean Premier League).

The Melbourne Stars picked him for the 2020-21 season of the BBL (Big Bash League).

International Career

Fletcher made his T20I debut in 2008 versus Australia in Bridgetown. In the World T20I Cup in 2009, he played a memorable innings of 53 in only 32 balls. However, in his next seven innings for the Windies, he got out for zero five times due to bad form.

Fletcher was brought to international cricket by the Windies selectors without much experience in first-class matches. His technique has been solid and he earned an international call-up in 2008 versus Australia after cracking his maiden century in first-class cricket, 103 not out, for the Windward Islands versus Jamaica. He kept wicket in the Stanford 20/20 for Grenada.
